2025 College SW Dev Conferences

California Ultimate is excited to host the 2025 College SW Developmental Conferences on April 12-13, 2025 in Bakersfield, CA. This beautiful, new-to-ultimate venue will host 20+ B & C teams as they compete to rule the Developmental division in the Southwest.

EVENT DETAILS

Date:  April 12-13, 2025

Expectations:

  • 6-7 games using USAU approved formats
    • Saturday – 9:00AM-5:00PM
    • Sunday – 8:30AM-3:30PM
  • Lined fields
  • Two sun canopies per field
  • Water & snacks
  • Professional photographer

ROUGH TIMELINE FOR TEAM ADMINS

  • April 4 – Book team hotel rooms before special rates expire
  • April 4 – Nonrefundable team fee due to reserve spot
  • April 4 – At least 15 player fees due
  • April 5 – Additional player fees incur an additional fee
  • April 9 – Rosters locked
  • April 12-13 – Tournament

EVENT FEES

  • Due by April 4th – nonrefundable $300 team fee
  • Due by April 4th – $15 per player fee (minimum of 15); per player fee jumps to $20 starting April 5th
  • For a 15 player team, this is $525 total, or $35.00/player; it gets cheaper per player with more players

REFUND POLICY

Team fees are nonrefundable. Player fees are refundable until April 2nd. Should unforeseen circumstances make the event unplayable that weekend, we will do our best to reschedule for one of the following two weekends, otherwise we will refund as much as we can after covering sunk costs.
